It looks like our few days of winter are going to get here early this year. Thanks to a cold front that blew in last evening we are seeing low temps. in the upper 40's overnight. You can surely tell who the locals are when a little cold snap comes up - they are the ones wearing ski jackets, gloves and scarves when the mercury dips below 50 degrees. The tourists stand out for sure, they are the only ones in the pools at the condos, or swimming in the Gulf.
We'll have to get out the electric blanket tonight.

Boy, howdy, do I know it's cold in Madeira Beach! If it weren't for your heat-generating outdoor fireplace, I would have frozen.....and I'm from NC!
